Poor quality control. Now I have to pay extra to return a faulty item as part of the stone was chipped, and I had to tighten one of the silver earrings' clasp for the hinged hoop myself. Also, I noticed glue on one of the pearls and am not sure about the workmanship. There's some minor defect on some of the pearls on another earring.
