Returned several items of jewellry
Two pieces a braclet and a ring was of poor quality
I waited 6 days to recieve an email stating they had been recieved
Had nothing
Had to phone yet again
Still no confermatiin
Untill i gave them the tracking number i was then told it had been recieved but would have to wait another 4 to 5 days for an email and another 7 to 10 days for my money back in total over two weeks
