I called many times to Gen Mobile phone customer service but due to my deafness problems and English Language problem I didn’t get success to speak with the customer service of Gen Mobile phone company. Mr Keshav Acherya was a main provider who provided me to get this Gen mobile freely as per my updated application and documentations.
