“I AM ALWAYS WITH OUT SERVICE EVEN IN A EMERGENCY NO SERVICE NETWORK BUSY I JUST SWITCHED FROM ACCESS WIRELESS SILLY ME WHAT A FOOL. “This is not a real company This is an illegal company which is ripping the government off by offering lifeline phones but not providing service. Their phone line does not work. We have reported this to the government and hope the this scam company is shut down.”

“Gen Mobile is the place to go if you’re looking for an affordable phone plan! I brought my own iphone and purchased the $30 plan. I am getting unlimited calling and texting and also unlimited calling to Argentina for free! It’s so nice to be able to call my family back home without having to use a 3rd party app. I am really happy with the service and how much money I’ve been saving.”

“Gen Mobile is honestly the best PrePaid service I have come by in quite a few years! I love their affordable service with no service charges with no payment service fees and the fact that I am not locked into any particular plan in the case that I am short on funds. Their plans range anywhere from $10-$60 all including unlimited talk and text! I love that they have an app that makes it easy to monitor your usage and make payments. And the fact that they have many payment locations including Boost mobile stores is also a plus!”

“I paid for unilimited and now they said no after they told me was unlimited they are lying about it’s not unlimited they want the money and after they gave me 2 days full internet and now not service at all and they charged me $39.00 A month”

Jannette, Gen Mobile's unlimited data plans start at $50. Plans have 35GB of 5G/4G data per billing cycle and reduced speeds thereafter.
