Could still improve the range .. since the voice is not clear through out the call. But compare to last year it's better

We have asked our customer care representatives to reach out to troubleshoot the issue. Here are some other suggestions to look into: If you have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone, the clarity of your voice calls would depend on your Wi-Fi signal when you are connected to Wi-Fi. The plans are reasonable and the service seems to work.
I do not like that they make it look like you can pay quarterly and get a reduced rate. That is just a teaser plan to get you to sign up. After 3 months they raise it to the regular rate. I also don't like that you must use the app to do anything. I want to get a bill and then set up autopay :(
