The phone itself is great! My problem is a remote access hacker. (Cyberstalker) He doesn't use passwords. He appears as me (stolen identity) when on the phone except a different location. He changed my apps and took control of my system UI. When I try to get customer service, I get the stalker. They send out emails and text in my name. He/she was talking with gen mobil about paying for extension on my account. I can't afford that. How can I get rid of them? As soon as I have factory reset, they are right back since they have my account information such as IME and phone number. I ture off permission but they turn them right back on. Help! Check phone logs.

Well I wouldn't say it made me happy it a cheap phone and the service doesn't pick up good indoors. But it did come quickly and came with everything I need

Gen Mobile customer service number no one answers, I couldn't get in touch with this company to cancel, the person who represented this company was not trained properly. I made a complaint with FCC whistle blower to intervene on my behalf. Stay clear of GEN MOBILE

Y'alllll are just hilarious. And sound like you're ridiculous and super entitled little brats ... you want 5 ☆ service & assistance with your -5☆ bank account LoL 😆 😂 ...it's a freakin FREE phone and service.... whatcha expect here, let's be honest

GENMOBILE service is good. I am using this since a year. Only thing they have to improve is promotions..When there is any promotions you get a late communication and sometimes u get communication of Promo offer after the promotion expiry date.

The mobile Internet is pretty unstable. Apart from that, it takes a lot of time for the system to receive SMS text messages (for example, during online verifications on some websites). Finally, sometimes the system does not recognise a phone number giving an error that the phone number is not registered.

Value is good for the money but purchasing 3-month plan is not always easy (plan won't be added until I contact customer service).

In the meantime, we have our Gen Mobile Care app that can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App store onto a tablet or smartphone which allows you to renew your plan real-time. Could still improve the range .. since the voice is not clear through out the call. But compare to last year it's better

Here are some other suggestions to look into: If you have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone, the clarity of your voice calls would depend on your Wi-Fi signal when you are connected to Wi-Fi. The plans are reasonable and the service seems to work. I do not like that they make it look like you can pay quarterly and get a reduced rate. That is just a teaser plan to get you to sign up. After 3 months they raise it to the regular rate. I also don't like that you must use the app to do anything. I want to get a bill and then set up autopay :(
