Today, I had two customers in my cell phone store who have a service with your company, and you sent them a cell phone that is not working with the SIM card. I did them a favor by helping them and speaking with your "Customer Service" department, I commented to your employee what happened. And the lady was angry because your company made a mistake and she was very rude. I don't offer your service in my store, I only did it to help the customer who is yours! I work in customer service and I'm a technician. That's not the way to treat your customers.
