My questions were answered VERY quickly (even at 0630 am!), and gave me the help and advice I needed. In the event I didn't go through with a repair, and upgraded to a new (better suited) generator instead, but this in no way detracts from the service I received. I was particularly impressed with the spares available for what was originally a very cheap unit.
