I am in the United States,& ordered Generator gaskets the last of June..After several weeks of not getting them I looked at the shipping site on 8-8-23 to see where they were at,said Chicago July 7th was the last place it was being sorted it said..Now I had purchased insurance for it to get to my house..So I got a hold of the Company that switched me to some reporting place & i explained that I had not got them..They said too bad your 30 days are up to file a claim..I said I have insurance though,again too bad so sad we keep your money..So do not trust this company! I will spread the word around on it everywhere I can..
