My lawnmower bought in October 2019 still under guarantee not working any more .
Last week been told it would be collected ...
Last week on the Friday no one collected .
After emails and phone call was advised would be picked up today and again has not been picked up again ..I was told it would be picked up tomorrow now but after reading the rest of the reviews it does not look like it’s going to be collected any time soon .
I too may have to look at other ways of sorting this .
