I first got in touch with genpower 8th July because my mower was shredding drive belts I sent photos of the drive mechanism and was told I needed a new gearbox pulley ,so I agreed to purchase one 5 weeks later I got a response they said I would have to buy a complete gearbox as it's not possible to buy just the pulley wheel
I paid £86.66 +vat and also a new drive belt total cost £106.00
after many phone calls with no answer and left messages I eventually spoke to a guy who again apologized and said he would sort it out Saturday 4 September a gearbox arrived with no pulley wheel also I don't believe it's new I think reconditioned no drive belt .so 2 months on and still have a expensive mower that I can't use .so beware don't buy or deal with this company as they have the monopoly for parts it's impossible to buy any spare parts for Hyundai mowers anywhere else.shocking company I am going to get in touch with BBC rogue traders and see how they like that.
