Very poor aftersales. They're very polite, but good luck in getting things sorted after the initial 30 days (The absolute bare minimum required by law).
I've pretty much written off my 9 month old £1100 purchase as I've had to buy a replacement due to them not having parts and not knowing if or when they will arrive.
Don't be an idiot like me!
