I ordered a new part for my strimmer. It made my machine impossible to use. I sent my strimmer to the service department They finally agreed to replace the strimmer. They then sent me an Artificial.Grass sweeper on two occasions. Five months later they have refunded the price of the strimmer. A very disappointing and incompetent company.
It’s impossible to speak to the same person twice. They send the wrong paid for replacements and never take responsibility for any mistakes. I will never use them again.
