I bought a Hyundai mower and there was a problem with delivery that was my fault. Genpower went to great lengths to redirect even going so far as contacting the delivery firm (TNT) that was actually on the way to my premises and redirecting to another address 100 miles away. The only frustration is that their phone lines are switched off because of Covid but they dealt with my problem promptly by email. I consider they went ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED.
