I order a collar, name tag and leash on July 18, 2021, Order #9336. It was delayed due a back order on the nickle rivets they use to attach the tag to the collar. I have reached out half a dozen times to get an update on my order...nothing. I asked for a refund...nothing.
Based on the other reviews that are eerily similar, I would avoid dealing with this company; something shady is going on. I'm guessing they don't have a phone number on their webpage for a reason.
