Absolute 10/10 in terms of getting done over from an insurance company.
Started the policy on Monday but have since bought a new car (Unplanned at the time). They tried to more nearly triple my premium (on a much safer car) so I cancelled and have been stung for just over £100 total in order to cancel it. Even though it's in the 14 day cooling off period (Required by law) they are refusing to refund. Seemed cheap at the time on the comparison websites, however I would only advise people to avoid avoid avoid.
