Dreadful insurance company. I bought a new car and I wanted to change my policy, they would not insure my new vehicle (even though it was the same car as my previously insured one, just 2 years newer) - So I have to now pay them £68.00 to cancel my policy, because THEY cannot insure me. Horrific customer service, online portal rarely works and they operate non-UK call centres which are very difficult to deal with. AVOID!

been with this company for several years great cover they gave me --this year on renewal it jumped up £300 pounds extra --I had no claims only done £1000 miles this year --would not lower the money

Avoid at all costs! This has to be the worst company to deal with over the phone and via email, no departments are linked and they are not even aware of each other. After 10 emails to sort out a permissions request they just replied with i can not have my no claims, they do not read emails or respond to what they have been asked. When you phone they just say thankyou for the phone call and cut you off! Pay another company more so you do not have to deal with this outfit. Incompetent in all departments.

Avoid this company. They tried to keep charging me for a policy on a car they wrote off and took away. Trying to complain about this has still got me no where as the person i spoke to would just say well what do you want me to do about it.

I recently renewed my car insurance I phoned a week before my renewal date payed for the year I was assured my payment went through. Only to get an email 3 days after my renewal date that my payment hadn’t gone through. I phoned immediately and asked why my payment hadn’t gone through they said my bank refused it so I payed again done exactly what I did prior. I then contacted my bank and they said the insurance didn’t provide all the details to process my payment. The insurance company charged me another £20 late payment which I wasn’t happy with. I rang Geoffrey insurance again telling them that I wasn’t happy being charged £20 as it wasn’t my fault I was on the phone for at least 45 minutes they just wouldn’t have it that there payment process was wrong they kept blaming my bank I said to the guy at Geoffrey insurance how dissatisfied I was and that I would not be insuring with them next year great customer service NOT.

Had two issues revolving around changing the payment date, the first time i could not change the payment date to a day later the second time i tried to change the monthly payment date and the payment had been brought forward so i had to pay twice in one month. Haven’t contacted the help team both times i was told they could not help at all and to let the payments “bounce” which would obviously affect me for future payments. Absolutely ridiculous would not recommend this company to anyone!

Had a letter come through the post yesterday saying that they can’t offer a renewal on my current details?? I’ve never claimed, no issues with my credit rating, no points, etc etc but no reason given, all details up to date. Left completely clueless. Not to worry have found another well known insurance company which is offering a policy with additional extras for less money

I paid for my car insurance annually. I paid £199.19 for the insurance to commence from 11.05.24. However, I decided to scrap the car and so cancelled my insurance from 19.11.24. This meant I had used 6 months of my one year policy and I still had a few days sort of a 6 month policy remaining! I was reimbursed a mere £30.02!! I will NEVER use this company again and would advise others to avoid, avoid, AVOID!

Customer service was excellent, I was initially struggling to complete my car insurance purchase online, so I rang to seek some assistance. The representative that took my call was very patient with me and took the time to explain what everything meant, even if I asked her to repeat or further explain. She was lovely, I was able to complete my transaction with her over the phone. She made things simple for me, great customer service 👍🏾

last month i get infinity forex fund firm account ,now one month finish i am eligible to withdraw but on 17 Agust 2024 they run .Please Stay Away from this prop firm. i am glad i was able to get a refunds with the help of wikihelpdesks @ gmail .com my advice is stay away from this broke

Absolutely horrendous negative experience that's still unresolved. Firstly THEY cancelled my DD then tried to blame me & added a cancellation fee. The chat agent admitted they'd cancelled it but refused to waiver the fee. I spent hours outtung a complaint together incl screenshots from my bank only to be told " emails aren't manned " I then used the complaints form online. No reply so after 5 days I left a review. Only then did someone contact me & after emailing back in the morning I waited 6 hours & no reply. Won't be renewing. Please save yourself the hassle & look elsewhere. Disgraceful Customer Care which is reflected in all the bad reviews they have.

This company requires you to log in to add a personalised plate to your car (no other changes) they then charge you nearly £3 for doing this plus a £25 admin fee despite the fact that no administrative staff or costs were incurred as you make all the changes yourself electronically. This is despicable. Every other insurance company I have dealt with have not charged for this. Incidentally I put my personalised number on to another vehicle and they did it yesterday over the phone for no charge!

Dealing with this company is a nightmare the are totally useless the staff are totally incompetent, one representative said he had never read an insurance policy. When I had a bump in my car they were so unhelpful. Pay a bit more and go else where cheap and nasty, deal with them at your peril

Do not take insurance from this company. They have hidden charges which they will reveal after 14days and then will ask you to cancel the policy if you are not happy and will ask you to pay 90£ as cancellation admin + intermediary fee. Fraud
