Absolutely horrendous negative experience that's still unresolved. Firstly THEY cancelled my DD then tried to blame me & added a cancellation fee. The chat agent admitted they'd cancelled it but refused to waiver the fee. I spent hours outtung a complaint together incl screenshots from my bank only to be told " emails aren't manned " I then used the complaints form online. No reply so after 5 days I left a review. Only then did someone contact me & after emailing back in the morning I waited 6 hours & no reply. Won't be renewing. Please save yourself the hassle & look elsewhere. Disgraceful Customer Care which is reflected in all the bad reviews they have.
