One item (that I was charged for) never arrived, and repeated attempts to query this via this customer support email have been ignored.
Even the item that did arrive was over a week late (advertised as "in stock, ships within 1-2 days", eventually shipped over a week later).
I've had indifferent experiences attempting to order from them in the past: after this latest experience I would never order from them again.
