“Drop shippers posing as a retail store, took my order, paid a small fortune for express post, then they wanted me to wait 21 days for the product to arrive at there so called Warehouse before they posted it express! Then charged me 10% of the total value for the order to be Cancelled! "Beware" Sharks Lie in this tank! "What a Scam"”

“Camera was packaged well but it took them two days to get the order dispatched and most places dispatch either the same day or early the next day but did come the next day after being dispatched since I ordered express”

“competitive prices, but when I ordered express post on Tuesday they didn't bother to actually send it until Thursday. I ordered it at 3PM on Tuesday, so, fine, I didn't expect them to race out to deliver it that day. But it shouldn't really take 2 days just to post something that's express. kind of defies the point of express, hey?”

“Just brilliant service and price. Needed a camera for a job on Saturday. Rang Georges on Thursday and spoke to Kevin. Kevin checked that the camera was in stock, spoke to the crew about getting the camera to me at Newcastle the following day. I had the camera in my hands just after midday on Friday.”

“I was very pleased with Kevin as I contacted him by phone to place an order. He was very helpful and very easy to deal with. I did pay for express delivery and in spite of assurance I would receive the product by Monday it took 6 days to arrive. The despatch department needs to perform better. I am pleased with the Nikon lens I purchased.”

“since the store has asked me to review the experience - i will. unfortunately the information on the website was incorrect and the product i was sent did not match the description as advertised. when speaking to a customer service person, and in follow up emails, their apathy to correcting / addressing the issue was apparent. i'll just be sticking to local stores where i can ensure that i can physically see and try products from now on.”
