“CameraPro had my order on back order for weeks, providing no real delivery estimate. I cancelled that order and ordered through Georges instead, and I had the item within 3 days. I feel a bit silly for not just ordering it from here in the first place…”

“It was several days and a I hadn't received a dispatch notification. I contacted them only to be told the filter was out of stock and they couldn't give me a time frame for supply because the warehouse was closed. It has since been sent but although I played for express delivery, it still has not arrived”

“Wouldn't buy from here again. Shows as if they have things in stock but they don't, they order after you have ordered and the wait times are sporadic at best. You have to call and chase up numerous times before they are bothered enough to chase up. It's not worth the small savings to shop here.”

“Super friendly guys when talking directly to them. Unfortunately, I ordered something to be picked up though, and it took considerably longer than the website indicated. Not a problem in and of itself, but they didn't update me or let me know it would be longer than I expected. Instead, I had to follow up myself and even then they underpromised it somewhat. Would rather have been told upfront so that I was aware all along. Most of this stuff can be automated these days so it was a bit of a pity”

“I was more than happy with the price I purchased the Sigma 56 f1.4 for. Georges were late shipping but when I contacted them they fully explained why. I was very happy with the overall transaction.”
