Super friendly guys when talking directly to them. Unfortunately, I ordered something to be picked up though, and it took considerably longer than the website indicated. Not a problem in and of itself, but they didn't update me or let me know it would be longer than I expected. Instead, I had to follow up myself and even then they underpromised it somewhat. Would rather have been told upfront so that I was aware all along. Most of this stuff can be automated these days so it was a bit of a pity
