“I ordered the Sony 16-35 F2.8 lens through another company initially, it had been 2 weeks and it still hadnt been dispatched yet, and customer service were useless, so I refunded and ordered through Georges Cameras and it dispatched within a couple days, very happy! thank you Georges Cameras.”

“I had a bit of trouble locating a camera in stock with any retailer. I finally found it at Georges, despite it being a bit more expensive. Regardless, as I said it was in stock. I asked for confirmation of this in the online chat and was immediately told it was in stock. I ordered and it was in my hands (interstate) within 4 days.”

“The initial sales process was smooth and helpful and although not everyone, some people there were knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. Bought a Sony camera. Then bought a lens on a separate transaction. Needed a proper tax invoice to submit to Sony with my name on it. Also needed the invoice for the lens for tax. Was told that I will be getting one from the accounts department via email. Nothing. I rang the store and was told that I will get a generic invoice and to email back the name and they will amend it and send it back to get a proper one. Got the generic invoice but not the proper one. And no invoice for the lens. Still waiting since Black Fri sale.”
