Drop shippers posing as a retail store, took my order, paid a small fortune for express post, then they wanted me to wait 21 days for the product to arrive at there so called Warehouse before they posted it express! Then charged me 10% of the total value for the order to be Cancelled! "Beware" Sharks Lie in this tank! "What a Scam"

since the store has asked me to review the experience - i will. unfortunately the information on the website was incorrect and the product i was sent did not match the description as advertised. when speaking to a customer service person, and in follow up emails, their apathy to correcting / addressing the issue was apparent. i'll just be sticking to local stores where i can ensure that i can physically see and try products from now on.

Ordered batteries and waited and waited finally waited some more. I contacted Georges via customer contact and was told the supply was coming in on Friday. Ordered on the 8/01/23 no mention of not being in stock.

Wouldn't buy from here again. Shows as if they have things in stock but they don't, they order after you have ordered and the wait times are sporadic at best. You have to call and chase up numerous times before they are bothered enough to chase up. It's not worth the small savings to shop here.

I order and paid for three items but only received two. The invoice I received from georges says i only ordered two. I emailed them immediately and they haven’t gotten back to me

Terrible service. I bought the 24-70mm MK2 Sony Lens almost a month ago (knew that it was on back order) but waited 2 weeks with no communication of updates. I attempted calling and waited in line.. I was 3rd in line, and when it arrived to be my turn the call ended on me - they had wasted my 30 minutes only to tell me to leave a voicemail of my contact to call back. I tried live chat and was fortunate to have someone to pick up and "Irene" who was helping with the updates. I noticed when I was looking again at the lens I bought, received another discount so I asked her if I was able to be refunded for the difference. It's been almost 2 weeks since she told me the refund would take 5 business days and because I was concerned that this would be an issue I asked if I could get a copy of the live chat but I never did. I only managed to screenshot specifically what she had told me thinking I was going to receive the rest of the live chat but I didn't.

One item (that I was charged for) never arrived, and repeated attempts to query this via this customer support email have been ignored. Even the item that did arrive was over a week late (advertised as "in stock, ships within 1-2 days", eventually shipped over a week later). I've had indifferent experiences attempting to order from them in the past: after this latest experience I would never order from them again.

Very poor experience. Waited weeks for delivery, no call back or email replies. Eventually visited the store. Was told system issue and supplier order issue. Eventually arrived.

I'm pretty dissappointed in the customer service, across 3 separate platforms, you chose to not reply. When calling you wait until you get to position 1 and are either hung up on or told to leave a message, which no one ever returns. Come on Georges you guys can do much better for your customers. Definitely won't be buying from you again which is a shame.

Enquired about my order of a new camera body and was told that it was in stock and that it would ship the same day I enquired, it did not ship that day even after the staff member checked the order and said it definitely would ship. When I enquired the next day I was fobbed off by another staff member who said they were too busy and didn’t even contact their dispatch team to find out why it was delayed. This poor response only came after 6 and a half hours of trying to enquire as to why the order was not shipped. I will never spend thousands of dollars there again!
