Terrible service. I bought the 24-70mm MK2 Sony Lens almost a month ago (knew that it was on back order) but waited 2 weeks with no communication of updates. I attempted calling and waited in line.. I was 3rd in line, and when it arrived to be my turn the call ended on me - they had wasted my 30 minutes only to tell me to leave a voicemail of my contact to call back. I tried live chat and was fortunate to have someone to pick up and "Irene" who was helping with the updates. I noticed when I was looking again at the lens I bought, received another discount so I asked her if I was able to be refunded for the difference. It's been almost 2 weeks since she told me the refund would take 5 business days and because I was concerned that this would be an issue I asked if I could get a copy of the live chat but I never did. I only managed to screenshot specifically what she had told me thinking I was going to receive the rest of the live chat but I didn't.
