since the store has asked me to review the experience - i will.
unfortunately the information on the website was incorrect and the product i was sent did not match the description as advertised.
when speaking to a customer service person, and in follow up emails, their apathy to correcting / addressing the issue was apparent.
i'll just be sticking to local stores where i can ensure that i can physically see and try products from now on.
