Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable when asked or refer you to a colleague who is, which I actually prefer rather than some places where people pretend to be experts.
Prices are great, usually the lowest, or if over only by a small margin which I happily pay to deal with a store that I can physically go to and talk to someone. Had a production fault on a battery grip a while back and the replacement process was painfree.
