No customer service. I bought online and tried multiple times to exchange sz; 4 Representatives couldn't help, seemed clueless, and instructed me to send an email. No follow-up - passed 30-day return time- now the shoe is on sale at 40% off; they won't exchange or make a price adjustment. 1st time and last time buying from Geox! Beware consumer!
