“Simple- they sent me somebody else’s order. My address label was stuck over another label- presumably the intended destination.
But after a phone call and repeated emails several weeks have passed and NO RESPONSE whatsoever from Customer Services.
What kind of outfit is this???

“I was a fan of Geox shoes and boots. However, the quality has decreased and the customer service is not responding for the refund. I am sorry for this company and do not recommend to purchase any more until they improve their customer service and quality again.”
“I do not recommend. A lot of money and such a low quality. In a couple of years, the soles of the shoes simply disintegrated. I wrote to Geox and after a few months they said that ”The complaint is attributable to the age of the pair and its material and not to a structural defect.”
So... you should buy shoes only for 1-2 years, even if you are not wearing them daily and they looks like new.
I will never buy something from Geox!”
“Useless customer service. Almost makes me think that the whole GEOX brand is a con business. The customer care line line goes to Barcelona and there is only one person on the line. She was kind but had no way of getting any feedback from the customer care team. I rang numerous times and sent emails but had no responses.
After 1 month of waiting, I am about to give up. The shoes gave me so much pain on my heels from day one, and I was hoping that I could get an exchange or something similar. After paying 100 pounds and wearing the trainers for about 2 hours, I just could not wear due to pain. But looks like I need to give up. Hope you do not make any mistakes like this as this is really not pleasant experience.”

No follow-up - passed 30-day return time- now the shoe is on sale at 40% off; they won't exchange or make a price adjustment. 1st time and last time buying from Geox! Beware consumer!”

“I don't know what happend with the quality of those shoes. After a few days of wear the mesh on the sides of my son's shoes fuzzed up. Looks horrid. Had to get new pair of shoes and those will be shoes worn for playing. My kids are gently on their shoes and we never had any issues with any shoes until now. They are not soft anymore, no quality and not made in Europe anymore.No more Geox for us. I will spend my money on quality shoes made in Europe.”

“I ordered on sale for my wife's birthday 2 pairs of expensive shoes on 9/1 and the order never came. I think it was never sent. UPS has no info GEOX says they will do a investigation and if applicable refund the cost not replace the order. So how does wasting 2 weeks and a bunch of time looking for the shipment get compensated or the missed birthday present? I never have had such a crappy service experience ever from online ordering. I went from loving to hating this brand. Service people you know it in Italy what about in the U.S?”
“I love Geox. Quality comfortable shoes and excellent customer service at this store. The only downside is this store, in Faro, with a privileged location at the Algarve Forum Faro, does not have air conditioning. Last summer it was very hot inside and this year was the same. Ot is veey uncomfortable to be onaide the atore.
This store should represent better this excellent brand. All the stores on Forum Algarve have air conditioner. This is the only one that hasn't.”
