“I am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service from Geox Jordan.
After only 2 days of normal use, my child’s shoe was completely damaged, as shown in the photo. This is unacceptable for a brand that is supposed to be known for quality and durability.
We contacted the branch 2 weeks ago, and they took all our details and promised to submit a complaint to customer service. Since then, no one has contacted us, and we have received no update or support.
A premium brand should stand behind its products and care about its customers. Shoes should not fall apart after just two days of use, and customers should not be ignored after reporting such a serious issue.
I hope Geox will take responsibility, contact us, and provide a proper solution.”
“I wore the Eolie Sandals (which cost about £80) for 2 full days and 4/5 short walks from car to restaurant. The sole on the toe wore out and damaged the jute sole, a different wear pattern to my other shoes. Customer Services sent it to their specialist team who said the sole is made of EVA which is ‘less abrasion-resistant’ than other materials (which I think means they cannot be worn much). The website states that the outsole is made from ‘synthetic material’. If this had been clear at the time of purchase I would not have spent almost £80 on sandals which would last a fortnight. I asked them to review the case and the result was the same. The shoe repairer can't mend it due to the material of the sole. I am a long standing customer, as is my husband and am very disappointed in all aspects. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing! I do not recommend.”
“I would like to add to the comments in this website regarding the soles of GEOX shoes, they disintegrate because they are made of synthetic materials (plastic), not made of natural long lasting rubber. This happened to two pairs of shoes that I bought. The use of this material in not only a financial loss to customer but a great threat to the environment which is already awash in synthetic materials.”
“Bought expensive pair of real leather Geox shoes. I did not wear them immediately- when I eventually tried to wear them, the rubber heels had melted and disintegrated. Wrote to Geox and included photographic evidence. GEOX declined help because two years had elapsed since purchase. Appalling service and no solution to a real problem. This is very poor after sales customer care and I would strongly advise against buying GEOX leather shoes with rubber heels/soles. Very disappointing experience.”
“Spherica Ec4.1 S Woman I have many Geox shoes ladies 8 perfect every-time. However when I got this pair they are so painful on the top of my foot. Took them back to the store they said it’s been over 30 days. “Sorry nothing we can do”. So disappointed I cannot wear them if I need to walk longer than 15 minutes.”
“Do not buy. After sitting in a closet for awhile the soles separated from the rest of the shoes and the rubber totally disintegrated. Even with photos, the company did nothing. Extremely poorly made & poor value, and no effort by Geox to compensate.”

I recently had a terrible experience at GEOX that I feel compelled to share. The female store manager was not only unprofessional but outright dishonest during our interaction. It's incredibly disappointing to deal with someone in a leadership role who clearly lacks basic customer service skills and lies
Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the manager was evasive, dismissive, and unwilling to help. It felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and reflected poorly on the GEOX brand, and she continued to lie and make excuses why she can’t help me .
If this is the kind of service GEOX deems acceptable, it's a clear sign that some serious retraining is needed—especially for their management staff. I won't be returning, and I’ll be advising others to take their business elsewhere

“Nice product for the first year of ownership then the down started coming through the jacket and the zipper is faulty. It gets stuck when being zipped up and also the zipper spreads, most annoying, very expensive jacket poor quality, not worth it.”
“Worse customer service I have ever experienced. My parcel containing 2 pairs of shoes went missing and they ignored many of my emails to try and get an update. The delivery company wouldn't deal with me because I wasn't the shipper. Any emails I got were copy and pasted messages because I received the same one a couple of times when they bothered to respond. Eventually after weeks of the parcel being missing I asked them to send a replacement and they ignored the email and then I got an email saying a refund was being processed as I requested. When I asked why they didn't just send me the shoes out again they told me to make the order again. I wouldn't order from them again after this experience because if you have a problem you will be waiting a long time to get a response.”
“I purchased a pair of GEOX shoes, expecting the comfort and quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, the design/material caused pain, making them uncomfortable to wear. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested I pay a shoe repairer to fix the issue—something that should not be my responsibility, as the problem is with the shoe itself.
I expected better support, either in the form of a replacement or a proper solution. It’s disappointing that a known brand is unwilling to stand behind its products. I won’t be purchasing from GEOX again unless they improve their customer service and quality assurance.”
“I purchased a pair of blue suede loafers , comfortable , with minimal use . Then I noticed a hole near the stitching on the back of the shoe . I alway use shoe horns and shoe trees .. I exchange a few emails with the company and provided them photos of the whole, souls and the top of the shoe. It was obvious they were in good condition with minimal wear. We exchange a few emails. They assured me they would get back to me never heard from them again.
I would never buy another pair of Geox shoes, they are poor quality, and the customer service is terrible..”
“I have never experienced such ireversible product damage with other shoes brands. Is not acceptable to pay so much money for products that : the sole is cracking very oftern , combine leather products with synthetic mayerials and the synthetick is getting damaged is such a short therm. I will never buy and I do not recomand.”
