I purchased a pair of blue suede loafers , comfortable , with minimal use . Then I noticed a hole near the stitching on the back of the shoe . I alway use shoe horns and shoe trees .. I exchange a few emails with the company and provided them photos of the whole, souls and the top of the shoe. It was obvious they were in good condition with minimal wear. We exchange a few emails. They assured me they would get back to me never heard from them again.
I would never buy another pair of Geox shoes, they are poor quality, and the customer service is terrible..
