Simple- they sent me somebody else’s order. My address label was stuck over another label- presumably the intended destination.
But after a phone call and repeated emails several weeks have passed and NO RESPONSE whatsoever from Customer Services.
What kind of outfit is this???
I ordered 2 pairs of men’s shoes and have ended up with 3 pairs of toddler shoes!
