Useless customer service. Almost makes me think that the whole GEOX brand is a con business. The customer care line line goes to Barcelona and there is only one person on the line. She was kind but had no way of getting any feedback from the customer care team. I rang numerous times and sent emails but had no responses. After 1 month of waiting, I am about to give up. The shoes gave me so much pain on my heels from day one, and I was hoping that I could get an exchange or something similar. After paying 100 pounds and wearing the trainers for about 2 hours, I just could not wear due to pain. But looks like I need to give up. Hope you do not make any mistakes like this as this is really not pleasant experience.
