I find it just lazy or very bad business. I know see why there are quite a few one star reviews, I sent a clients cluster in for repairs on 9/25/2023 order #13520. Since then I received one one email and that was from when I paid up front for the cluster repair online through the website. After 10 phone calls to them and emailing them everyday for the last two weeks, I have not received one response to my messages. This seems more and more like a scam and even worse if I don't get my clients instrument cluster back down right theft.
