I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel I must share my experience with this company so maybe others can avoid them. I ordered a repair service for my old radio. They returned the radio, but only partially repaired. They say the work is 100% guaranteed, so I tried to contact them to figure out how to get it back to them for futher repair. They will not answer my emails, phone calls/voice mails, or even messages sent to them through their eBay store (where I initially contacted them, and they DID reply - so I know they see the messages...). I've tried to contact them MANY times over the past month. Radio silence, literally, from them. I guess if they fix your radio the first time, you're lucky, but their 100% guarantee is certainly NOT honored and post-repair customer support does not exist - so if you choose to use them, it's a gamble.
