The car mats themselves are ok but the order process and subsequent customer services follow up was appalling.
I wanted to make a change to my order but the phone number goes through to an automated message which says there’s nobody available. Therefore it’s all anonymous emails with no names of anyone to talk to.
Delivery was not in line with advertised lead time either.
