Get geared aim to please - Just bought a shoei helmet for my son overseas. GG were very good in dispatching quickly. I also got a promotional voucher so this made the deal very competitive. This is now the 2nd major clothing purchase I have made from GG. They aim to please so I found it easier to use their "contact us" email system which was answered within 48hrs. So patience is needed. I cannot fault GG from my personal experience.
