“ordered a helmet on the 10th June.....still waiting. had a couple of emails from them apologising for delay...was told at the end of june it would be out for delivery that week... its now nearly the end of July... multiple emails unanswered....your website not taking orders Leatherhead shop "temporarily closed' and a few people on Facebook seem to be having the same issue!!!!! almost £300 out of pocket and really worried because i now have find another helmet with ZERO ££s!!!”

“Ordered items which were too small so returned them to the store via royal mail tracked , tracking said delivered on saturday rang the shop to be told they hadnt recieved them ,hmmm?? Few days later looks like store has closed down and i'm now out of pocket , so thank you very much.”

“I ordered a pair of sidi boots on the 20th of June and they were delivered the next day, ready for the weekend. Got 10%off and a complimentary next day delivery upgrade. Fantastic service, would highly recommend using these guys. I'll definitely be making more purchases in the future. I also got a free pack of sweets! Keep up the good work guys 👏😀”

“Poor Customer Service Not sure what is happening with customer service after reading the all the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience of service is poor. I purchased motorcycle trousers with a lead time of 5 working days + 3 working days dispatch. After not receiving the trousers, or any communication, I chased up my order several times via email and telephone. I eventually received them 24 days after ordering. Unfortunately I had to return the trousers, the returns process online was straightforward downloading postage label and returning to post office. A week after returning my order I received a email stating my return had been received and to allow 14 days for refund. Its now over a month since I returned the trousers and still no refund!”

“Had a trip up to the shop from my home in Bristol today. Have ordered B4 but fancied a trip out so popped in in person. Easy to find. Staff were fantastic. Nothing to much trouble. Coffee was good to😄 sorted CHUBBIE OLD ME OUT. Nice new leather jacket. Armoured lumberjack tried various sizes great advice. shirt & leather vest all fit a treat & look even better. Even got another pair of gloves for the collection. Thanks again for a great friendly experience”
