“Took a while for my helmet to arrive due to customs, but I was notified immediately and got the helmet super quick once it cleared. Amazing and friendly customer service, will definitely buy from GetGeared again! Thanks guys n gals!”

“Ordered some D30 ghost armour. I called twice a few weeks later to get a delivery time? Just got told me they’d make enquires and call me back which never happened. Called for the third time and spoke to “Tracey” she was brilliant and sorted an alternative and refund within 15 mins. I hope this is read by Get Geared management and they thank Tracey personally from me.”

“I received my jacket in record time. I buy a lot from online stores, but this was the first time I got something faster than Amazon prime. The personal message inside was a nice touch, considering it meant someone had to take the time to actually write it. “The Alpinestars jacket I bought developed a fault, and I returned it under the 2 year guarantee period. The process was easy, and there were no quibbles from GG or the manufacturer. GG dealt with my queries efficiently, and sent me a voucher for the full purchase price. I bought another jacket which arrived promptly. So far, am very pleased with style, quality and price.”

The website is let down slightly but a few bugs in the search bar & it will be nice if its easier to look back at products I previously bought. However, the layout is good and the images are clear.
