“Through no fault of Get Geared the boos I ordered were not going to be delivered in time for my upcoming motorbike trip. On contacting Get Geared I was offered a replacement at no extra cost which thankfully were delivered in time 🙂 Great personal service 👍”

“GetGeared - Choice of kit is good and the process of buying was simple, for me anyway. What lets GetGeared down is that they didn't keep me informed of what was happening. I feel this really is a necessity, especially given the cost of what I was buying. They were helpful when returning an item which, although bought using their sizing guide, was 2 sizes 2 small. But communication let them down here too. To sum up communication is less than I would expect and is reflected in 4 stars.”

“Good service - It wasn't clear until I had actually paid for the item I purchased that it was out of stock which prompted me to try ringing the company. Each time I would get so far and the phones would then cut out which started me thinking this wasn't a genuine website. However I persevered trying to phone them and eventually got through. I spoke to a helpful assistant who assured me the goods would be in stock in a few days. This proved to be the case and the goods arrived very quickly.”

“Nice upgrade to website - I knew what I wanted so just put it in the search box, but then had a go at the new quick gear finder, great for the popular and usual gear that is often searched for, but if you want something a bit more detailed just search for it.”

“Painless Helmet Purchase - After performing a quick internet search I found some voucher codes for 10% off which made Getgeared the cheapest for the particular helmet I was looking for. It took a day or two longer to arrive than the promised 48hr delivery but this was no big issue for me. The delivery was tracked and came with a prepaid return label. I have them saved in my bookmarks and shall be checking their site the next time I am looking for kit.”
