“Excellent Service - The great thing about Get Geared is that they have 2 shops so you can always give them a call for advise. There price match promise is genuine and they offer a genuine next day delivery through Royal Mail. The only issue I have is with the website which is a little clunky in that you cannot change your email address or password and does not let you redeem their 'plus points' or gift codes ( hence 4 stars).”

“Quick service, well packaged, - But a bit disappointed with the product. Not the best-made gloves I have bought. The index finger on both gloves are too tight and the gloves want to ride up my little finger. They are a bit rough over the base of my thumb too. I'll see if they improve with use but being summer gloves it could take a while!!”

“Gerbing heated jacket liner - Finding item and ordering and paying was excellent then things went downhill, when order arrived it turned out to be a vest not a jacket. I tried to ring the Surrey branch but both phone numbers I tried were not in use, I then decided to ring the Leeds branch they answered, Steve was very kind and helpful and said he would send the liner out as soon as they received the vest. The quality of the vest was excellent so i,m sure the jacket will be when it arrives. The 4 star is for the Leeds Branch and Steve”

“Good treatment but inefficient timeline - Due to an inadequate shipping format, the purchased good was directly returned from royal Mail to Getgeared and thus it took quite long to clarify situation and have the good shipped again to me in the right procedure. Suficient interaction and excellent response from Customer Service in Getgeared though.”

“Good company, no drama's - Ordered a Shoei Jo helmet, this came with a £50 voucher and used to purchase a Kriega R25 backpack. Unfortunately they sent a R35, I contacted them and informed I needed sorted for the weekend which gave them 2 days.. ..and they did get the R25 to me and picked up the R35, The guys rang me to assure this would happen as well so I was not left in the dark. Great service, many thanks Andrew McDonald”

“Waterproof rucksack - I couldn't find the waterproof laptop bag I was looking for and Luke at Getgeared suggested an SW Motech bag. Although it wasn't exactly right I checked the SW Motech website and found the one I wanted. The description and picture on each website didn't match very well but it arrived very quickly with very accurate tracking and I'm delighted with the bag. It's very rugged so quite heavy but will protect my laptop, documents and accessories in all weather.”
