Good treatment but inefficient timeline - Due to an inadequate shipping format, the purchased good was directly returned from royal Mail to Getgeared and thus it took quite long to clarify situation and have the good shipped again to me in the right procedure. Suficient interaction and excellent response from Customer Service in Getgeared though.
