Good company, no drama's - Ordered a Shoei Jo helmet, this came with a £50 voucher and used to purchase a Kriega R25 backpack. Unfortunately they sent a R35, I contacted them and informed I needed sorted for the weekend which gave them 2 days.. ..and they did get the R25 to me and picked up the R35, The guys rang me to assure this would happen as well so I was not left in the dark.
