Gerbing heated jacket liner - Finding item and ordering and paying was excellent then things went downhill, when order arrived it turned out to be a vest not a jacket. I tried to ring the Surrey branch but both phone numbers I tried were not in use, I then decided to ring the Leeds branch they answered, Steve was very kind and helpful and said he would send the liner out as soon as they received the vest. The quality of the vest was excellent so i,m sure the jacket will be when it arrives. The 4 star is for the Leeds Branch and Steve
