GetGeared - Choice of kit is good and the process of buying was simple, for me anyway. What lets GetGeared down is that they didn't keep me informed of what was happening. I feel this really is a necessity, especially given the cost of what I was buying. They were helpful when returning an item which, although bought using their sizing guide, was 2 sizes 2 small. But communication let them down here too. To sum up communication is less than I would expect and is reflected in 4 stars.
