Excellent service/customer support - Good initial service with regular updates on order/dispatch! Upon encountering issue with Gore-tex pants the easy returns system was let down by the courier ( Royal Mail lost them). Once the required wait for confirmation of loss had passed, Adam quickly sourced a suitable replacement! Will definitely use again!
