Very good customer service - I recently bought several items online and was happy to see return labels included. As it happens I didn't need to return anything but having been stung by other companies it was a nice touch. One of the items I ordered wasn't available, but the customer service team called me and were very helpful. My only small gripe is the stock checker not being accurate. Still waiting for gloves I ordered two weeks ago. All in all a very good company who I will buy from again.
