Order was a bit delayed. - For the first time I felt it necessary to chase the order I made for a helmet. The helmet is obviously popular (and the site now says at least 3 weeks for delivery). I chased it up and was given a quick and polite response. A couple of days later I was informed my helmet and the other parts of my order had been dispatched. This is the first time that I have had to chase an item and they reacted very well. Will certainly be using them again.
