Overall good - I found the website easy to use, the price as good as I could find and when the colour I wanted was found to be other of stock I was given another option without paying the extra. So good customer service. The helmet arrived in good time. My only concern was that both the box the helmet came it and the brown box that was placed in had no packing materials in them meaning the helmet had no protection from the bumpy ride in the delivery vehicle. Overall good experience though.
