Customer service - Recently I had cause to return a pair of motorcycling trousers has they had developed a fault. I contacted Getgeared for advice on how to do this. The staff were excellent in dealing with every aspect of replacing them. A returns label was sent to me to enable me to return the faulty pair. I received a new pair of trousers by return post. Top notch customer service that is rarely found these days. Thanks, I would definitely recommend Getgeared and will be using them again.
