Great service, great stock, great website, great process, let down by packing - Very impressed with the process of ordering, I took advantage of a discount and a freebie, beforehand buying a rucksack and back protector, the neck warmer was thrown in. All should have been packed and sent together, sadly it wasn't, the neck warmer was omitted from the order. One quick phone call and the order was checked and the neck warmer sent by first class. So, even with a hiccup, GetGeared came up trumps. Five star all the way.
