Great customer service - Ok so unfortunately I was sent a damaged helmet. Easily happens and it was probably by the people who made it as it was still in its sealed box well packed. I emailed getgeared and they sent me out a new one and swapped it via DPD. I didn't have to lift a finger. Great service from the team. 10/10 would shop again
